Common Questions

How is the license key delivered?

Your license key is emailed automatically within seconds of purchase from sales@vfilabs.com. Run the included installer, enter your key, and both studies install directly to your Sierra Chart Data folder. You can be up and running the same day.

What Sierra Chart data feed do I need?

Both Depth Core and Dynamic Zones require a data feed that provides bid and ask volume on each bar. Most professional futures feeds include this — Rithmic, CQG, and Denali all qualify. Standard data feeds that provide only combined volume will not work with these studies.

How many machines can I activate?

Your Core license activates on up to 2 machines. This covers your primary trading machine and a backup or secondary setup. Activations are hardware-locked. Contact sales@vfilabs.com if you need additional activations.

Can I upgrade to Pro or Elite later?

Yes. Contact sales@vfilabs.com and we will apply your Core purchase toward the higher tier — you only pay the difference. Your existing license key will be replaced with a new one that activates the additional studies.
